The creation of this Journey emerged during a moment of healing and inner reconnection, when I gathered different knowledge and experiences to create new routines and deepen my understanding of myself and my health as a whole. Each part of it brought inspiration and a different discovery that helped me improve my daily rituals, my connection with my cycle, with the seasons, with myself, and with life as a whole.
I then sought to bring everything together in a very practical way so that more people could benefit from these self-care practices and knowledge. Everything was created with great care, thoughtfully reviewed, designed, and structured to meet you wherever you are and support you in the way that is possible within our journey together.
I truly hope — from my heart — that this journey helps you rediscover yourself, understand yourself, care for yourself more deeply, balance emotions and thoughts, and feel present in your self-care, connected with nature in all its phases: your cycle (if you menstruate), and/or the moon, and/or the seasons of the year.
