The creation of this Journey emerged as a natural continuation of the Energetic Self-Care Journey (available in Portuguese and in English in another format under the name “Moments of Presence”), which speaks deeply about self-discovery and self-care at home, in a very intimate and inner way. This first journey was created and lived during a period of transition and rediscovery in my life, after changes in city, work, and relationships.
The Soulful Travel Journey came from a moment of going out into the world, and from the desire to continue caring for myself and discovering life through more external and social exchanges, while still remaining deeply connected within each context. With the intention that it would be light, informative enough, practical, and supportive of a more conscious way of traveling, aligned with a slow travel approach, different from how my trips used to be (very rushed), which no longer made sense to me, and that it could also serve as a starting point.
I truly hope that this Journey brings balance, lightness, care, love, presence, joy, and unforgettable moments to all of your travels.
