Waves of Spring ~ Self-Care & Blooming ~ Selected Guides

$49.00

The Waves of Spring are an invitation to open up, begin moving again, grow, and bloom at your own pace.

Spring often brings a sense of movement, renewal, creativity, possibility, and new beginnings. But growth does not always happen smoothly. This season can also bring frustration, impatience, anger, uncertainty, or the feeling that something in your life is ready to move but has not yet found its direction.

That is why the Waves of Spring were created to help you look at what feels stagnant, better understand your anger, nurture your creativity and self-esteem, strengthen your personal power, and find balance between acting with courage and honoring the time each seed needs to grow.

Throughout three Waves, you will explore themes connected to Spring, the Interseason, the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras, Kapha Dosha, the Follicular Phase, the Waxing Moon, and cycles of movement, creativity, growth, decision-making, and renewal.

Spring Themes:
Movement, growth, renewal, anger, frustration, creativity, pleasure, guilt, shame, self-esteem, personal power, decision-making, planning, and new beginnings.

Northern Hemisphere: March, April & May
Southern Hemisphere: September, October & November

How it can help you

The Waves of Spring can offer a space for care especially when you feel:

  • ready for change but unsure where to begin;
  • that some part of your life has become stagnant;
  • frustration or anger around delays, limits, or unmet expectations;
  • a desire to reconnect with creativity, pleasure, and curiosity;
  • a need to strengthen your confidence and self-esteem;
  • difficulty making decisions or taking the next step;
  • a desire to reconnect with your personal power without putting too much pressure on yourself;
  • a need to bring more movement into your routine after a period of greater stillness;
  • that something new is beginning, but still needs time, care, and direction to grow.

Throughout the journey, you will be invited to:

  • observe how you are entering Spring;
  • notice where you feel movement and where you still feel stuck;
  • explore your relationship with anger and frustration;
  • reconnect with creativity, pleasure, and self-expression;
  • strengthen your self-esteem and personal power;
  • observe how you make decisions, create plans, and begin something new;
  • recognize which changes need action and which still need time;
  • build a form of self-care that supports growth without turning it into pressure.

A journey to begin moving again without rushing your own process, and to grow without demanding that every seed bloom at the same time.

Your 3 Waves of Spring

1st Wave ~ Observe & Discover

At the beginning of Spring, you will be invited to notice how you are arriving in the season and what seems ready to move, grow, or begin again.

This is a moment to explore the energy of renewal, observe your current rhythms, and begin looking at themes related to creativity, pleasure, movement, emotions, desire, possibility, and new beginnings.

2nd Wave ~ Deepen & Adjust

After a few weeks of experiencing the season, you can return to your first observations and notice what has changed.

This Wave invites you to deepen themes connected to self-esteem, confidence, personal power, decision-making, direction, action, and the way you use your energy to move toward what matters to you.

3rd Wave ~ Integrate & Transition

At the end of the season, you will begin the transition from Spring into Summer.

The Interseason offers a moment to review what has grown, notice what still needs care, recognize what no longer needs to be carried forward, and choose what you want to nurture as you move into a more expansive season.

How to use the Waves

You do not need to do everything at once or use every material available.

Begin with the Quizzes to observe how you are feeling and which themes seem most present at that moment.

Then use the Journals and Diaries to explore your reflections, complete your check-ins, and notice what is changing over time.

Next, explore the Deep Dive Guides for the themes that resonate most with you and use the Rituals as practical inspiration for your self-care.

You can also choose from the meditations and guided affirmations according to what feels meaningful to you at that moment.

At the end of each Wave, create your own selection: what would you like to begin, continue, reduce, experiment with, strengthen, or change?

It may be a new habit, a creative project, a decision, more movement, a different way of caring for your energy, a small act of courage, or simply something you want to continue observing.

You do not need to force growth. Choose what feels alive for you and give it room to develop.

If you menstruate, you can explore the Follicular Phase and observe how its themes of renewal, movement, and growing energy connect with your own experience.

If you do not menstruate or prefer to follow another cycle, you can explore the Waxing Moon and use the complete Lunar Self-Care Diary as another reference for self-observation.

You do not need to identify with every connection presented. Choose the ones that make sense for your own experience.

What if Spring has already begun?

You can begin exactly where you are.

The materials can help you understand the current moment of the season, adjust your self-care, and explore the themes that still feel meaningful to you.

In addition, materials related to chakras, doshas, inner cycles, Journals, Diaries, Guides, rituals, meditations, and affirmations can be revisited throughout the year.
