Waves of Summer ~ Self-Care & Radiant Living ~ Selected Guides

$49.00

The Waves of Summer are an invitation to expand, connect, enjoy life, and experience greater joy and vitality.

Summer often brings an energy of expansion, connection, expression, and abundance. But all this intensity can also bring excess, restlessness, overwhelm, difficulty slowing down, or the feeling that you are giving more of yourself than you can sustain.

That is why the Waves of Summer were created to help you observe how you are feeling, better understand your relationships and emotions, and choose how you want to experience all this expansion without leaving your own self-care behind.

Throughout three Waves, you will explore themes connected to Summer, the Interseason, the Heart and Throat Chakras, Pitta Dosha, the Ovulatory Phase, the Full Moon, and cycles of joy, connection, expression, and expansion.

Summer Themes:
Joy, love, relationships, connection, communication, truth, grief, expression, vitality, abundance, social connection, giving, pleasure, and balance.

Southern Hemisphere: December, January & February
Northern Hemisphere: June, July & August

How it can help you

  • a desire to strengthen your communication, authenticity, and expression;
  • a need to experience expansion without allowing intensity to become overwhelm.

  • observe how you are entering Summer;
  • recognize emotions, relationships, needs, and ways of connecting;
  • better understand your relationship with joy, pleasure, and abundance;
  • care for your heart and explore the balance between giving and receiving;

A journey to expand without losing yourself and enjoy life without turning intensity into excess.

Your 3 Waves of Summer

1st Wave ~ Observe & Discover

At the beginning of Summer, you will be invited to notice how you are entering the season and how you want to experience all this energy of expansion, connection, and vitality.

This is a moment to explore the energy of Summer, observe your cycles, and dive into themes connected to the Heart Chakra: love, relationships, reciprocity, joy, compassion, vulnerability, giving, and the ability to receive.

2nd Wave ~ Deepen & Adjust

After a few weeks of experiencing the season, you return to yourself and notice what has changed.

During this Wave, you can retake quizzes, revisit your self-care choices, and deepen your exploration of the Throat Chakra: communication, authenticity, truth, expression, listening, boundaries, and the courage to give voice to what needs to be expressed.

3rd Wave ~ Integrate & Transition

At the end of the season, it is time to look back at the path you have traveled and begin the transition from Summer into Autumn.

You will explore the Interseason, review what you have learned, notice what you want to continue nurturing, recognize excesses that can be released, and choose what you want to carry into the next season.

How to use the Waves

You do not need to do everything at once or use every material available.

Begin with the Quizzes to observe how you are feeling at that moment.

Then use the Journals and Diaries to respond to the questions, complete your check-ins, and deepen what emerged during this first moment of observation.

Next, explore the Deep Dive Guides for the themes that resonate most with you, discover different self-care possibilities, and use the Ritual Lists as inspiration.

You can also choose from the meditations and guided affirmations according to what feels meaningful to you at that moment.

At the end of each Wave, create your own selection: what would you like to include, maintain, reduce, experiment with, or transform in your routine?

It might be more time for an important relationship, a conversation, a boundary, a pause, a pleasurable experience, a form of expression, or simply something you want to continue observing.

You do not need to do everything. Choose what you truly want to experience and nurture.

If you do not menstruate or prefer to follow another cycle, you can explore the Full Moon and use the complete Lunar Self-Care Diary as another reference for self-observation.

You do not need to identify with every connection presented. Choose the ones that make sense for your own experience.
