Waves of Winter ~ Self-Care & Inner Grounding ~ Selected Guides

$49.00

The Waves of Winter are an invitation to slow down, embrace stillness, look more deeply within, and preserve your energy.

Winter often brings a natural movement toward rest, introspection, nourishment, protection, and conservation of energy. But slowing down can also bring fears to the surface, make you more aware of what helps you feel safe and supported, or blur the line between restorative rest and remaining still for longer than you need.

That is why the Waves of Winter were created to help you welcome your fears, strengthen your foundations, feel warm and supported, nurture your sense of safety, and find balance between restorative rest and stagnation.

Throughout three Waves, you will explore themes connected to Winter, the Interseason, the Root Chakra, Kapha Dosha, the Menstrual Phase, the New Moon, and cycles of grounding, rest, nourishment, safety, renewal, and new beginnings.

Winter Themes:
Grounding, fear, safety, foundations, belonging, childhood, basic needs, rest, nourishment, vital energy, and new cycles.

Northern Hemisphere: December, January & February
Southern Hemisphere: June, July & August

How it can help you

The Waves of Winter can offer a space for care especially when you feel:

  • a need to slow down and preserve more of your energy;
  • tired, depleted, or in need of deeper rest and nourishment;
  • fear, uncertainty, or a stronger need for safety and stability;
  • disconnected from your body, routine, home, or sense of grounding;
  • a desire to understand what helps you feel supported and secure;
  • that old themes related to belonging, childhood, or basic needs are becoming more noticeable;
  • difficulty distinguishing restorative rest from stagnation;
  • a need to strengthen your foundations before beginning something new;
  • a desire to create more warmth, comfort, and steadiness in your daily life.

Throughout the journey, you will be invited to:

  • observe how you are entering Winter;
  • notice how your body and energy respond to a slower season;
  • explore your relationship with fear, safety, and stability;
  • recognize what helps you feel grounded, supported, and nourished;
  • reflect on foundations, belonging, and your basic needs;
  • observe when rest is restorative and when stillness begins to feel stagnant;
  • protect and restore your vital energy;
  • prepare gradually for the movement of a new cycle.

A journey to slow down without disappearing, rest without losing connection with yourself, and strengthen your foundations before beginning again.

Your 3 Waves of Winter

1st Wave ~ Observe & Discover

At the beginning of Winter, you will be invited to notice how you are arriving in the season and what your body, energy, and inner world may be asking for.

This is a moment to explore the energy of Winter, observe your rhythms, and begin looking at themes connected to grounding, fear, safety, foundations, belonging, nourishment, and rest.

2nd Wave ~ Deepen & Adjust

After a few weeks of experiencing the season, you can return to your first observations and notice what has changed.

This Wave invites you to deepen themes connected to the Root Chakra and your foundations: safety, stability, belonging, your relationship with the body, basic needs, childhood experiences, support, and the structures that help you feel held in everyday life.

3rd Wave ~ Integrate & Transition

At the end of the season, you will begin the transition from Winter into Spring.

The Interseason offers a moment to review what Winter revealed, notice what restored you, recognize where you may be ready for more movement, and begin preparing gently for a new cycle of growth.

How to use the Waves

You do not need to do everything at once or use every material available.

Begin with the Quizzes to observe how you are feeling and which themes seem most present at that moment.

Then use the Journals and Diaries to explore your reflections, complete your check-ins, and notice what changes throughout the season and your inner cycles.

Next, explore the Deep Dive Guides for the themes that resonate most with you and use the Rituals as practical inspiration for your self-care.

You can also choose from the meditations and guided affirmations according to what feels meaningful to you at that moment.

At the end of each Wave, create your own selection: what would you like to protect, nourish, restore, simplify, strengthen, or gradually begin moving again?

It may be more rest, a warmer routine, attention to a basic need, a grounding practice, a safer boundary, more nourishment, or the first small movement toward something new.

You do not need to rush out of stillness. Choose what helps you feel supported now and allow movement to return when it is ready.

Your cycles within Winter

In addition to observing the season around you, the Waves also invite you to notice your own inner cycles.

If you menstruate, you can explore the Menstrual Phase and observe how its themes of rest, release, sensitivity, renewal, and turning inward connect with your own experience.

If you do not menstruate or prefer to follow another cycle, you can explore the New Moon and use the complete Lunar Self-Care Diary as another reference for self-observation.

You do not need to identify with every connection presented. Choose the ones that make sense for your own experience.

What if Winter has already begun?

You can begin exactly where you are.

The materials can help you understand the current moment of the season, adjust your self-care, and explore the themes that still feel meaningful to you.

In addition, materials related to chakras, doshas, inner cycles, Journals, Diaries, Guides, rituals, meditations, and affirmations can be revisited throughout the year.
